Bought a home in 2011.
Ron Rose has made our first home buying experience easy and educational. Ron and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Ron twice traveled over 100 miles at a moments notice to show us properties and for the final home inspection. I would recommend Ron and his team at Indiana Reality Pros to anyone in need of real estate.

Sold a Vacant Land home in 2010 in Greenwood, IN.
I have used Ron to purchase 37 investment properties and he is selling several properties now. He has exceptional knowledge of real estate and market values while being extremely responsive, all conducted with integrity beyond question. Ron helped my oldest son find and purchase his first house recently. He was very helpful and patient with a first time home buyer, while helping negotiate a good price. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for a trustworthy partner in the real estate market.

Ron was very knowledgeable about the house and the construction in general of the house he showed us. He explained the importance of certain materials used in construction, whether anything will have to be replaced, etc. Unfortunately I could not work more with Ron, because I ended up in a new construction, but would definitely recommend him to home buyers, especially if you are buying for the first time.

WE are still working with Ron,since we are still looking to buy a house.He showed us a few houses and what i found very remarkable is that he truly had OUR best interest in mind. He is not pushy,he is helpful,he understand that buying a house is a huge commitment and he is acting in your best interest.
We would use his services to buy our new house,but also to sell our existing one. Would highly recommend Ron.

You will not find a more concerned and helpful realtor. Ron helped us find an appropriate rental in our price range in just a few weeks. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Ron. When we list our home, that we own, for rent later this year Ron will be my first phone call. :D

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
As first time home buyers we found Ron on the internet and chose him based on his excellent reviews. Luckily those reviews were 100% accurate. Ron worked with us on a daily bases trying to narrow down our selection and find the home we were looking for. At time we were looking at 8 homes in one night and doing this 3 times a week! He always made sure he was available and changed his schedule for ours. His knowledge and expertise made our search easy. Inside many of the properties Ron was pointing out many things that we were over looking or not noticing. His honesty and knowledge helped us decide on the perfect property for us. We were able to easily filter through properties that were sent to us on his website that he set up a specific page just for us. This made our search easy to do from home and then Ron and his team did the rest for us, at times on a few hours notice. We have nothing but excellent things to say about Ron Rose and his team! He made this experience enjoyable and easy for us. We will definitely be using and recommending him in the future! Thank you for everything Ron :)

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
I found Ron to be very thorough in all that he does. He handled both the listing and sale of a house for me and the purchase of another one. When writing up an offer on the house I was buying, he found several things that had not been completed correctly by the listing agent and made sure everything was completely filled out when my offer was submitted. Ron is easy to work with and knows what he's doing.

We are out of state and trying to get to Indianapolis.
I happened onto Ron on the internet. He was great with accuracy of sending me more specifically what I was looking for. As life's journey went... we did not get to purchase a house because of job situation, but Ron was highly knowledgeable about homes and availability.
