Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Toms River, NJ.
I bought my home with Ron as my realtor. We wanted a hard working agent who would put our priorities first. We went to a few open houses but the agents in our price range ($750,000 +) seemed very content and smug. A friend of ours recommended Ron and we knew right away that he was the agent for us. Ron worked very hard on finding homes making arrangements, (our schedules are crazy) and negotiating the right price for us . We came up with some bulkhead issues, Ron knew who to call and coordiated the process flawlessley. When we decide to move to Florida fulltime, Ron will be the agent to sell our home.…More Less

Yeah, I am stuck in Barnegat thanks to Ron. Just kidding. Ron was a great agent for me and my family. he sold our house in Toms River in a short amount of time and found us the perfect home in Barnegat. I think the best thing about Ron is he treats his clients like family and goes above and beyond to do whats best for your family.
