Bought a home in 2013.
Very business-minded Realtor. Makes everything dine easy. Listen what customer wants and acts accordingly. Does not push anything and very responsive at convenient time including evenings and weekends. Very helpful and resourcefull, helped to make right choices.
It was aplesure to do business with. Highly recommended.

Brad and I can't even begin to thank you for everything you did, how hard you worked and your loyalty and dedication to us and all of your clients! We were apprehensive of selling our home, but in such a short time you both made us feel so confident and sure of our decision to go this route. I can't think of anything your team could improve upon. We wish we would have researched various realtors earlier. It was unfortunate we didn't start with your agency a year earlier instead of using a smaller more local company. Your team has a very aggressive marketing program-keeping a close eye on the amount of Internet viewings and the actual number of showings. You were quick to contact us and let us know (based on those numbers) that we needed to make a price adjustment to get our home sold in today's market. Your quick response to us by phone was impressive. Many thanks!

Bought a home in 2011.
Ron and Kat Becker were our agents in early 2011 for a home purchase near the Illinois Wisconsin border. . We were unfamiliar with the area and needed guidance and advice on making a short sale offer. Ron and Kat were perfect for the job as they are licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, know the area well, and are seasoned experts with regard to short sales. Their service was impeccable. Whenever we had a question, they responded within hours….not just “most of the time” but every time. They gave us recommendations on other service providers (attorneys, inspectors, etc) and our service from them was also excellent. Truly, we cannot imagine getting better service anywhere and can recommend to you without reservation the Ron and Kat Becker team!

Sold a home in 2010.
Ron and Kat are the best. They put their team efforts to work using all their resources.
They work hard on behalf of the clients. Never had to worry because they kept us updated and guided us through the sale of two homes. Responsible individuals that know todays market. Wonderful people. It was a pleasure working with them and we would recommend them highly----wait-----we have and, happy to say our friends received the same wonderful treatment and great results.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Fox Lake, IL.
I have to say that the "Becker" team is amazing. We are in our second year in our second home on Fox Lake - it's amazing. Renee Murin, a part of the team, was great and was SO responsive. I am not the easiest customer you know and a big nervous about purchasing a house on a flood plain!! But we did it and still love it!
The best part is that my husband and I have forgotten our anniversary for the past 2 years. But the Becker team didn't! They sent us anniversary cards both years and THAT is what reminded us of our day! HA! I think that is too much!
I would recommend Renee and Kat or Ron to anyone who is looking to sell or buy! They are more than a realtor. They go beyond and look to establish a long term relationship with you. I would recommend them highly.

Bought a home in 2009.
Ron and Kat are fantastic agents and even better people. They are great for military families because if you bought a home with them they will sell it for free when its time to move! They drove my wife and I around to alot of homes, so many I lost count. I never felt pressured and they made sure to only show us homes with the features we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $425K in Antioch, IL.
Ron and Kat are excelent real estate agents, they helped my wife and I get our dream house. they sold our old home and put us in our new one in a short time period. they have also helped three of our family members get their new homes. Ron and kat are trustworthy, honest down to earth people and over the years have become our dear friends. they are truly a credit to their profession and we feel that they are a part of the community.
