Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Four Oaks, NC.
I choose Wood Realty Group b/c of their great responsiveness and strait forward marketing strategy utilizing an entire team of people and resources. Prior to contacting Ron, I had my home on the market for over a year, after giving Ron the listing the house was under contract less than 30 days later. I believe this can be attributed directly to the "team work" marketing strategy utilizing multiple resources and agents from their group. I highly recommend Wood Realty Group if you are buying or listing!

Sold a home in 2009.
I have used many realtors in the Johnston County area. Ron is the most effective & most knowledgeable realtor I have found. His work ethics and realtor ethics exceed my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone to sell or purchase a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
Ron was so professional in completing this real estate transaction. He was professional in every aspect of listing , showing and completing the property sale. His expertise of the market was an asset that listed and sold the property for us in a reasonable length of time. I would recommend Ron Wood to anyone wishing to sell or buy real estate.
