How do I remove some photos of my home?
floydjam -
Here are the steps on how to remove the photos:
1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Login with your e-mail address and password.
3. Search for the address and go to the home details page.
4. Click on the "add photos" link to remove the pictures.
5. Click on "save changes".
The photos will also be removed on your profile page once you deleted the pictures on the home details page.
Please be reminded that you can only remove photos that you have uploaded. If it's uploaded by others, you can flag your request to have it removed by clicking on the "Flag" just below the photo or you can send your concerns here in the Discussion Forum.
Thank you.

You may take down the for sale sign by following these steps:
1. Log-in to your Zillow account.
2. Go to the “Home Details Page” of the property.
3. Click on "Edit status" beside the for sale price.
4. Erase the link on the "Related website".
5. On the drop down box of the home status, click on "No longer for sale".
6. Remove the open house dates, if there are any.
7. Then click on the Disclaimer (which starts with, "I promise that I am...") before clicking on "Create Your Listing" button.
Hope this helps.
Incorrect map and home location

If you want to edit your Make Me Move price, here are the easy steps:
1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
3. Search for the address and go to the home details page.
4. Click on "Edit Make Me Move" under the Tools section and update the information.
5. After you have filled out the necessary info, hit on the "Create Your Listing" button.
Once you have changed the Make Me Move price, the original price will be overridden by the new info.
Regarding your home location, can you please provide us details on the correct location of your home from where it's currently located and we will try to edit it for you?
We are having a technical issue on editing the home location as the icon bounces off - and we are already working on it. We do not, however, have a specific time frame as to when this will be fixed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The one you see on the New Street is the duplicate listing.
It takes time for duplicate listings to be removed from the website. Rest assured, I have already submitted them for deletion and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have already taken down the posting.
But since the agent posted the property for sale via an automated data feed, it's his responsibility to release this listing from the broker feed so that this home will not be resposted as for sale when zillow system updates the site or checks the feed. I have already advised him about this.
Also, if you are the owner of the property, please claim it on the website so you can have the authority over the home on the website. Just log-in to your Zillow account, search for your home address and go to the home details page, click on "Claim your home" that's located below the "Tools" section at the left side of the screen and choose the appropriate option.
Once you have claimed it, please advise if you want us to remove the photo the agent uploaded for your home.
Thanks.

I have already removed the photos uploaded by the agent on your property.
If you want to edit your listing, just click on Edit opposite the Home Info section and update the information.
Please let us know if you have other concerns.
Hi Calvin -
You may now visit the property and view the changes as I have already removed the photo the previous listing agent uploaded for your home.
Please let us know if you have other concerns.

I would like to know what "icon" you were referring to. Can you please explain it further?
Thanks.

Incorrect List Price

Please confirm if you are the homeowner of the property. I have checked on the property and I have noticed that the property has not been claimed on the site.
You have to be the claimed owner of this property on the website to have authority over the property on the website.
If you are the Owner of this property, you may claim the house by following these steps:
1. Go to www.zillow.com.
2. Search for your home address and go to the home details page.
3. Click on More tools under the Tools section, then, click on Claim your home and choose the appropriate option.
Once you have claimed your home, you may advise your listing agent to edit the for sale price by logging-on to her Zillow account, search for the home address and go to the home details page, click on the Edit Status beside the sale price, update the selling price and click "Create Your Listing".
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
