Rosa has been working in the real estate industry for 12 years. With high expectations and the drive to complete anything she puts her mind to. Rosa's Real Estate career began in 2001 working as an assistant. Since 2003 she has been a Top Producer closing 23 sales in her first year and consistently increasing her numbers every year to 60 plus transactions per year.
She is proud to represent Nehemiah Community Reinvestment Neighborhood Restoration Programs including the "Roofs for Troops" program (www.nehemiahcorp.org).
Rosa's sales are a combination of short sales, equity sales, bank owned properties, investment purchases and sales, and first time buyers. She has represented Government sponsored entities, local banks and non-profit organizations.
Rosa's experience and expertise come from many facets of real estate training which have earned her many prestigious awards and opportunities to give back to the community.
