Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in East Side, El Paso, TX.
I gave Rosa the parameters of what I was looking for and she did a good job finding suitable properties. She was polite and always available. She was liberal with her time and willing to go the extra mile. She informed me of every step during the process, so there were no surprises. She remained in contact even after I had already purchased my home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Rosa helped us both sell 2 homes and buy our dream home. She listened to what we wanted and showed us properties that fit our needs and our budget. We will definitely refer her to all our friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Castner Heights, El Paso, TX.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Northwest, El Paso, TX.
I began my search for a house on El Paso's west side on New Year's Day 2012. Even though it was holiday time (and a weekend), Rosa Rodriguez was not only willing but happy to help me search for a house. Mine was an unusual circumstance and required help to figure out what type of financing would work and whether buying was even a reasonable choice at that point. Rosa helped me with all of these things. She suggested a mortgage officer who was a veteran in the business and who could assist me in my unique situation. She also explained the difference of buying versus renting in El Paso and opened my eyes to the benefits of buying a home there. Once on the hunt for a house, she was very honest with me about different neighborhoods. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area and wasn't shy about steering me clear of certain areas. In other words, she wasn't solely interested in the sale. I appreciate that so much!
Rosa was very professional and clearly an expert in home negotiations; it showed during the entire process. I felt confident about letting her speak on my behalf. But more than that, she seemed to care about my family and our needs...from school advice to information about the city, she was open and honest with me.
