Born in San Francisco and married to a boy from Berkeley, I am all about local. I have lived in San Francisco continuously since just after the 1989 earthquake and have lived in the Mission, Noe Valley, Duboce Triangle and NOPA. My favorite thing to do is just go for a walk or bike ride and note the tiny differences in things since the last time I passed by. This helps my clients because I know the things that they want to know.

2009 is my eighth year as a full time real estate agent. Before joining Paragon, I was a top producer at B.J. Droubi & Company in 2004 and 2005. Prior to real estate, I have a diverse professional background that includes extensive work in project and product management in biotechnology, enterprise software and law. I am also a seasoned home remodeler. All this experience gives me a breadth of understanding to anticipate needs and expectations and the experience to solve problems should they arise.

Whether working with buyers or sellers, the first skill I use is to listen carefully so that everything I do comes from understanding their needs.

For sellers, I consistently outperform expectations for both time on the market and sale price by providing guidance about what buyers are really looking for, careful property preparation, pricing strategy, stunning and succinct marketing and skillful negotiation.

For buyers, I adjust my style to suit their needs regarding timing and education. I listen to their reactions to each property they view to make each subsequent property I recommend more relevant to their search. I spend time the time it takes to help my clients adjust to the realities of our competitive marketplace so that when they find themselves actually in escrow, they are ready to be there. And, of course, working with me accelerates that process and results in my clients paying lower prices for homes that suit them better.

History

Established in 2002

In 1997 my husband and I started looking for our first home. I was hooked from the first moment and became such an evangelist for home ownership that I used to take my friends out on Sunday tours trying to get them to buy homes. We bought a TIC in Duboce Triangle and sold it three years later. After we bought our 2nd home (another TIC in NOPA), I decided to make it official! Now, in my 8th year in the business, I continue to be just as excited as ever about acting as a real estate catalyst for my clients.
