My first day working as a Realtor my broker told me, if you are fair and honest you will always do well in real estate. I made that my motto and after nearly 14 years in the business I will say, he was absolutely right. Through the years I learned a good agent's job is to be like a guardian angel, navigating home buyers as they transition into homeownership; and for home sellers guiding them through the sale of one home into the next.
During the 1990's my family started buying distressed homes and refurbished them. Learning the remodeling process gave me an excellent foundation for my real estate career and an added benefit to my clients.
I have been listing and selling homes in the San Bernardino Mountains since 2000. My clients include first time home buyers, vacation home purchases, retirement sales and investment purchases. A real estate purchase is one of the largest investments and biggest decisions most folks will make. I work hard to help my clients purchase the right home and make sure they understand the entire process. That is why many of my clients are repeat customers and referrals from previous clients. I also pen a real estate column called Ask the Realtor that appears in The Alpenhorn News every Thursday. You can read my column each week at www.alpenhornnews.com.
The San Bernardino real estate market is heating up. It is a wonderful time to buy. Inertest rates are low, home prices are just started to rise and there is a nice variety of homes available. If you choose me as your realtor, I will work hard to help you find the right home at the right price with the right terms.
I am opening a new branch office serving North San Bernardino in addition to my office located in Crestline. If you are shopping in San Bernardino city or mountains, please call me. I would love to help you find the perfect home.
