Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Rosemary is definitely more than just a "real estate agent". She gave us advice, opinions, and options regarding the various aspects of choosing a new home and selling our existing home. She is a get-it-done person and worked as long and hard as necessary to make the purchase and sale smooth, on-time and beneficial for us. She is very knowledgeable about the legal implications of everything involved in the transactions and negotiations. She arranged and supervised inspections, etc., and has large network of people she referred us to for repairs, etc. She is very giving of her time, effort, help, and has the biggest heart of anyone we have ever dealt with. In the past, real estate transactions have not been particularly pleasant experiences. Rosemary, however, went way beyond what is expected of a real estate agent and really helped us out with things that were not even her responsibility. That's just who she is.…More Less

There is No One with more experience then Rosemary. I have dealt with literally countless Real Estate Agents and She if by far the best. I would not deal with anyone else. She is Honest and lives her work. Check out her newsletters, she also contributes to the community more then anyone else.
