The SUNTRUST team Jason and Melissa helped us through the whole finance process. They were definitely proactive and efficient in all the paperwork, you can tell they have good knowledge of the service they are providing. RoundPoint Mortgage serviced my home loan for 10 years. When I finally pulled the trigger to refinance, RoundPoint was one of my first calls based solely on the fine service they have provided during these 10 years.

After calling several other refinancing providers, I chose RoundPoint and I am very happy to have done so.

Extremely responsive, very helpful, friendly, and a good rate to boot.

Their online system for submitting necessary forms and signatures worked flawlessly.
