Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
Rowena is a fabulous realtor with years of experience. She is enthusiastic, honest and fun to work with. She knows the market very well and gives great advice on how to get your home sold. I am impressed with her savy marketing and internet skills. I look forward giving her more praise upon the sale of our home! Thank you Rowena!

WE ARE A NEW LISTING FOR ROWENA BUT OUR INITIAL REACTION IS VERY POSITIVE. SHE HAS BEEN THOROUGH IN ASSESSING OUR PROPERTY VS THE MARKET & LOCAL CONDITIONS AND SHE IS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD IN HER ADVICE AND RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS HER YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MARKET & MARKET CONDITIONS ARE APPARENT. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Flat Rock, NC.
Exceptional and timely guidance during the entire buying process. Support staff was equally professional for monitoring and arranging meetings and ensuring that all aspects of the closing process went smoothly. We have moved interstate over 10 times and his was one of our best experiences.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Asheville, NC.
I worked directly with Stefanie Beierschmitt for my purchase and she was amazing! Very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Patty Harron was also a huge help in coordinating all details of the purchase and closing! Patty Property Group certainly made this experience easy, fun, and quick.

Sold a home in 2013.
We worked with Stephanie when we were looking for a new home closer to work. She is outstanding to work with! She stayed in constant contact as we were going through the negotiation phase. I could not have asked for anyone better to work with. We were so pleased, that we have chosen to work with the Patton Group to sell our current home as well. Nadine has been a joy to work with and is very enthusiastic! Could not recommend a better group to buy or sell a home through.

Sold a home in 2013.
I had my home on the market for over 2 years before I went with the Patton Group. I did not want to do some of the things they suggested like appraisals, inspection, etc. but it payed off. I have finally sold my home to a cash buyer. I am pleased to say the least.

Bought a home in 2013.
We currently live out of state and the property we purchased in North Carolina is for our someday retirement home. Our agent was very knowledgeable about the area and was a great guide in finding the perfect spot.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Burnsville, NC.
We were very impressed by the arsenal of marketing technology Patton brings to the table. Communications have been excellent, and the "homework" of having the home inspected, and appraised prior to listing, just makes sense. Using a "Home Warranty" for the purpose of protecting the buyer, is a really brilliant idea. Overall we are quite pleased Patton is promoting our home! I am sure we will see some buyers this Spring!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Weaverville, NC.
We worked with Sefanie Beierschmitt of Patton Property Group. As a buyer's agent , she was excellent. She was knowledgable of the area, kept our list of requirements in mind, communicated well, and represented our interests. The office as a whole was very professional and made sure any concerns we had were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend this group. Very well organized and a pleasure to work with.
Stefanie helped us find just the home we were looking for.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Asheville, NC.
Our experience was with Melissa Stamatiades. Honestly, we just love her. We began our search for a house last fall and struggled to find the one that fit out tastes and needs and we were not easy. We ended up putting one house under contract but just prior to closing things weren't going well. Melissa stepped right up to the plate and attempted to negotiate through it all. I really felt she supported the interests of all parties involved and was very good about explaining it all. And she was honest enought to tell me I was wrong when I really was. We never closed on that home but she went right back to work afterward. We were a tough customer because we just knew what we wanted and got very discouraged as we didn't believe it really existed here. She kept our spirits up and continued to throw out options and other ideas. She wasn't giving up on us. Then, by shear accident we found the house. She was there to show it to us almost immediately. We closed last week and must admit she was right. She said it would happen when it should happen and to be patient. It did almost 7 months later and we love the new house. Melissa is someone I trust with everything, I always felt properly represented, she was very responsive and if she didn't have the answer she found it. At this point Melissa is the ONLY agent I would ever recommend and do.
