Roxanne went above & beyond for us. The information we needed would not produce a sale for her, but she helped us anyways. This is the kind of person I like to deal with in any kind of transaction.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Willits, CA.
Roxanne was raised in Willits and, as such, has a very extensive understanding of the area and the local real estate market. I came to Roxanne in search of my first home. Our search spanned nearly an entire year, but Roxanne was very patient and reassuring during the whole process. When I finally made an offer on a home, she was very skilled in negotiating to have the seller do some work on the house before close of escrow.

Roxanne is an excellent realtor. She made the process of buying our property painless! She was easy to communicate with, is 110% trustworthy, very dependable, and she even made it FUN! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling any caliber of property. She is highly educated, very thorough in her job (no matter how big or small) and never left us hanging! A+++ rating as a professional.

Showed home in 2012 in Talmage, Ukiah, CA 95482.
We are currently working with Roxanne. She is very comfortable to work with, and she is there for us whenever we need her. As a first time homebuyer, there are many questions that we have regarding the process and she has helped us tremendously. We are still searching for the perfect house and I know she will be right there when we find it! BIG THUMBS UP FOR ROXANNE!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Willits, CA.
Roxanne is amazing! She worked with us for over two years making sure we found the perfect home for our growing family. Roxanne knows the entire home purchasing process inside and out, and was very quick to respond to our calls if we saw a home we were interested in. I recomend her to as many folks as I can, because she really is fantastic!

I have worked with 3 different agents in my time and Roxanne is by far the best. She was very knowledge of the area (Mendocino County) and truly worked very hard to match us up with what was truly our hearts desire rearding our home purchase. She was very available for showings around our busy schedule. When we wanted to view a property I was always nervous about the times we had available. My wife and I are very busy and our schedules are constantly shifting. Roxanne always made it worked. Her dedication to work with her customers in finding exactly what they want and need are impecable. Always honest and willing to go way beyond is why I have and continue to refer anyone I know may be interested in finding the right home. Roxanne is truly great for the home-seekers of our area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Santa Rosa, CA.
Roxanne was extremely professional, prompt, and personable. Being first time buyers can be daunting but Roxanne was there to guide us every step of the way. She was always thorough in her search for our perfect house and kept our long list of requests as well as our budget in mind at all times. Roxanne was one of the first people we met when we arrived in Willits from Southern California. She was kind and patient with us, showing us house after house and educating us about the area and the rapidly changing housing market. Even though it took us 9 months and many, many viewings to make up our minds, she made the process fun and (mostly) painless. We've been in our home for well over a year now, and we're still in love with it. We would recommend Roxanne to buyers and sellers alike. She's knowledgeable, fun and tireless in her efforts.

For anyone purchasing real estate I would highly recommend Roxanne Lemos-Neese. My name is Natalie and my husband and I purchased our first home is August of 2008. Roxanne is very knowledgeable, supportive and professional. Purchasing our first home was a very intimidating and scary experience for us but Roxanne made it easy. We greatly appreciated how she did not pressure us into anything that we knew we could not handle or afford. I have worked with this agent several time since when she was a title company agent and with her to do a home purchase. I was happy after the purchase that she she took the time to use some of her contacts to help we with problems not directly related to the purchase of property.
