Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Riverside, Jacksonville, FL.
As a transfer to the area, Russ was extremely helpful and patient in showing us many homes to help us find our dream property that fit within our budget. Our sale was challending, in that it was a foreclosure that needed some renovations, coupled with the fact that we were looking for properties long distance. He was always responsive to our communication, aware of impending deadlines, and helpful on all fronts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Isle of Palms, Jacksonville, FL.
Over the past 13 years, Russ Goodman has found 2 wonderful homes for my family and me.He also assisted my husband in selling his home and is now working with my father-in-law to sell his house. In other words, my entire family trust Russ with all of our real estate endeavors and recommend him to anyone interested in selling or buy property. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $375K in Atlantic Highlands, Jacksonville, FL.
Russ represented my husband and I in both the selling of our old home and buying of our new one. We were both very impressed with his knowledge of the schools, businesses and overall real estate market in the area we bought in. On the selling end, he was able to offer great advice for home staging and provided us with comps to support our listing price. Russ had a strong strategy for selling our home and we were able to get it sold within a few months. He kept us updated on how many views & showings our home had each week. He was also able to provide buying/selling trends so that we could monitor how our home was doing in the local market. On the buying side - Russ patiently showed us more than 40 homes! When we finally decided on one - he really went to bat for us with the sellers! I absolutely trust that he had our best interests at heart during this process. He was even able to recommend a few handymen after closing when we decided to update the home.
