Hi all,It appears that Zestimates are displaying normally again on search maps and HDPs for all homes, or very close to it.Just to be clear: this was not an issue with the Zestimate directly. It was a problem with getting the routinely updated values displayed on(uploaded to) the site. We did NOT change the Zestimation algorithm. We never lost Zestimate data. We just needed to get the updated data onto the site.We do normally update Zestimates a few times a week and given that they weren't displaying for close to a week we understand that the cumulative change between what we last showed and what we show now could seem more sizable than usual. Please keep in mind that you're seeing the results of multiple Zestimate updates(because we were down for a while) at once.I'd invite you to review our information on Zestimates at our Help Center, including our regularly updated and published Zestimate accuracy rates, how Zestimates do not directly account for things like re-designs, interior finishes, and landscaping, and how you can publish an Owner's Estimate.Zillow HelpCenterhttp://www.zillow.com/help/Having said that, no process is perfect and we do see anomalies from time to time. Hi all,Yes, unfortunately, we're still working to resolve this on our end so still have regions(eg portions of California) where the Zestimates aren't displaying. Once we get this piece resolved we'll then update Zestimates across the site.Appreciate your continued patience. We're working hard to get this all back up as quickly and safely as possible.Russ

Zestimate data is available on HDPs for homes in most areas of the country now. There are still a few regions(Cleveland, OH, for example) we're working to populate.Thanks!Russ

Hi all,Beginning earlier today(Sunday) we noticed Zestimates had been "missing" or not updated for portions of the country for a few days. For example, they may appear for a given home on a Search Results map but not on that home's Home Details Page directly(you'll see a "N/A" for Zestimate). All Zestimate data is intact and present in our systems. Any issues relate only to their presentation(display) on our site. Zestimates will be back shortly! : ) Our engineers are working to resolve this as quickly and smartly as possible and we'll keep this thread updated as we have more to share with you.We're sorry for any trouble and appreciate your patience as we get this resolved.RussZillow Customer Care

In Zillow>Digs>Outdoor Spaces, why isn't there a section on Ponds?

Hi there,You're right that we don't have a specific category for "ponds", but you can still find photos tagged as such by using our "Browse" feature.
