I had contacted sevaral agents on zillow before finally sending a message to Russell Harris. I received two emails from two different agents but none of which ever followed up with me. Russell Harris responded to me within the first 30 minutes. From the first contact wtih Russell, he has always been very quick to respond to me either by email or a phone call. He wasted no time in setting me up on his web portal, which was filled with listings that met our criteria. He is very knowledgeable with the entire process of purchasing a home and with the area in which we were looking to purchase. He has always been very professional and personable. It was as if I was talking to a friend that I had known for sometime. I would recommend Russell Harris to anyone looking to purchase. We were traveling from out of state to look at homes and Russell made sure to meet with us when he said he would and spent as much time as needed to show as many homes as we wanted to see, and I gave him a very long list. He always allowed us to take our time in looking at each home, we never felt rushed. It felt as if he took the extra time to accomodate us (being from out of state), he planned out the day's showing from the list of homes that I provided him and even when we wanted to see something that was not on the list, he took the time to look it up and show the property if it was still available. My husband and I hope to keep in contact with Russell. If we ever seek to purchase another home or list a home for sale, he will be the ONLY agent that we will even consider contacting.
