I will be building my dream home soon with Russell Harris as our Realtor in the Clarksville TN, Fort Campbell area. I spoke to Russell About a week or so ago about one of his listings and he was so energetic and just a pleasure to speak with. So informing and just knew what he was talking about. He gave great details about building my dream home. He has sent us floor plans and we have chosen the one we absolutely love and plan to build. All that is left now is finding a lot to build on. Russell has found several lots to look at and we are going to look later next week when we get back to Fort Campbell. I use to be a Realtor in my home town and must say that Russell has got it all figured out. He got us approved, gave us home inspectors names, builders names to research, floor plans to look over, suppliers, and even gave us advice on everything. On Sunday, I called Russell about a house in a neighborhood close to Fort Campbell and he quickly asked if I wanted to see it today. I said sure and we met an hour later at the house. Russell was very friendly and personable. We told him what we were looking for and he asked questions other Realtors have not asked me before. He really got to know what our goals for a new house were. He also helped me get in touch with a lender to get me preapproved. We plan to buy with Russell as our Realtor in the next week or so.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Clarksville, TN.Summary:
I can't say enough great things about Russell. He made it so easy to buy our new home. He is super knowledgeable, but relatable and friendly at the same time. He really made us feel important and available no matter when we needed him. We had a thousands questions and they were answered no matter how big or small the question or concern was. He showed us a lot of houses and when we finally found "the one" he really fought for us to get the most for our money.
