Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Clarksville, TN.

My wife and I were suppose to be moving on base housing but on the day we got to Fort Campbell and looked at where we would be living we said hell no! So from there we started looking for a house or apartment close to post and a buddy of mine suggested we call Russell to see if he could help because he had just used him as his realtor when he bought and my buddy highly recommended him. We called Russell and I explained my situation and Russell asked us if we considered buying and we hadn’t really given it much thought but after seeing what we could get for our money, we decided to buy. I was a little worried we couldn’t get into a place very quick because at that time we pretty much would be staying in a hotel until we found a place to live. Russell met with us that afternoon and showed us about 12 houses and we found one that we really really liked and put in an offer. Russell made several calls after we made the offer and got a quick response and after a counter offer we had a deal and was able to move in the house that night! He worked late with us that night and made sure we had a place to stay that night. I was simply amazed at how easy it all was and how much he cared about taking care of us. He gave us a call in the morning after we stayed the first night in our new house to check on us and see if there was anything we needed. He hooked us up with a couple people around Clarksville to get some essentials and pretty much took a special interest in us. I’m so thankful he was there to help us every step of the way and cant say enough about him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Clarksville, TN.

2 weeks and my house was sold. Need I say more? I don’t know how he did it and I don’t really care, what he did in that short period of time was simply amazing. I listed my house with another realtor for 6 months and only got a handful of showings, I list with Russell and more showings and sold in 2 weeks. Took all my stress away immediately. Thanks Russell.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Clarksville, TN.

I was coming from Fort Bragg and didn’t have much time to find a place. Russell got me into a house in about a week. I was very worried I would have to stay in a hotel for weeks until I found a place but Russell assured me he would get me taken care of and he did. He took a bunch of time with me when I got to Clarksville showing me 14 houses and then we made an offer. Heard back in a few hours and I was moving in a few days later. I was in a rock and a hard place but Russell was awesome. I didn’t have to ask for anything really because he took care of it before I would even ask. I needed a some things around the house and I asked Russell for suggestions and he made some calls to people he knew and then sent their info to me. When I went to get the stuff the people he sent me to see where there expecting me and hooked me up! This is a well connected man and takes care of his customers. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Clarksville, TN.

I was having a lot of trouble selling my house, it had been on the market for 6 months with another Realtor. When my listing expired with the other agent I called Mr. Harris. I let him list my home because after talking to him I could really see a difference between him and the last Realtor. He was quick to put it on the market and a few weeks later we had an offer, it wasn’t a great offer at first but Mr. Harris advised me to stick with it and counter offer and we ended up getting full price. I was kinda shocked that it went so smooth and sold so quickly. I can see that not all Realtors are the same that’s for sure.

I pretty much had the same experience everyone else had with Mr. Harris. He was fast, responsive to my questions, I knew what to expect because he told me what would probably happen. Took a little longer to close than I’d like but I know it had nothing to do with Mr. Harris, it was an appraiser that took forever it felt like to go out to the house. As it was explained to me since I was getting a VA loan the appraiser was picked for us and we got a really slow one. I think everyone else did an awesome job. I used Heather Damer for my Mortgage and she was great along with the girls that work with her. They updated me often especially when we were waiting on the appraisal to be done. The home inspector Gary Mann was great, told me everything that needed to be fixed on the house and also gave me a bunch of general maintenance tips which was helpful. I had a good experience all around other than a slow appraiser.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Clarksville, TN.

Was out driving looking at neighborhoods and houses on a Sunday and came across one in a cul de sac still being built so I called the number on the sign which was Russel. When he answered I didn’t expect him to be willing to drive out here right then but he did and 15 minutes later he was here. I liked the look of everythimg and I like that I could pick out a couple things that the house still needed. Russel was great and always on top of things. Easy to get in touch when I had questions. It was surprising how he felt more like a friend than some hot headed stereotype kind of real estate agent. He changed my outlook on real estate agents.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Clarksville, TN.

I was looking for a somewhat of a fixer upper or something I could remodel some and was looking on Zillow when I saw a property that I thought would be awesome. I requested more info on it and got an email immediately after hitting send from Russell Harris and he said that the house I was asking about was not for sale and that most of the info on Zillow was wrong I guess. I didn’t believe him at first but he sent me proof showing the real stuff on that house. I guess that’s why I needed a Realtor lol. Anyway Russell sent me a list of houses to look through and I ended up picking a better one than the one I was interested in. We looked at it and we made the offer that day. Russell was very quick to respond to my emails and texts and when I did call him he would answer almost every time. I was very pleased with Russell.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Clarksville, TN.

Got stationed at Fort Campbell and rented a house for a month or so before I had all I could take. The house I rented was not what I expected at all. I signed the lease before seeing it because I felt I had no choice because I needed a place to stay. What the pictures looked like versus what I found when I got there was completely different. Lucky for me the house I was renting apparently was about to forclose because the owner was keeping the rent and not paying the mortgage. I started getting letters that the bank was going to evict me which was fine with me because I hated that place. A friend from work gave me Russell’s number so I called and Russell and I met the next day at his office. We went that day and looked at several homes but none fit me. Russell made a suggestion to build a home to make sure I got what I wanted. He took me to one of his old client’s house that had a floorplan he thought I may like. He was right, I loved the floorplan and his old clients told me how much they loved the house and raved about how great Russell was to work with. After that Russell showed me some lots, I picked one and then we made the offer. I got to pick out everything and it was so nice to get exactly what I wanted. I cant express how great Russell was at arranging everything for me. Only took a couple months and I was in the house and closed. I’m very happy now and loving not being in that horrible rental.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Clarksville, TN.

I got orders to Fort Campbell and started looking the same day. My first thought was to call USAA to get approved to see what I could get and what my payment would be. So I called and it took several days before USAA finally got me approved which was a little upsetting just waiting and waiting. After they did finally call me back, the referred me to one of their recommended or preferred Realtors so I called who they wanted me to call but of course I had to leave a message. The Realtor called me back the next day and I explained what I was looking for and he said he would send me some listings to look at, well after 2 days I didn’t get the listings so I had to call again and remind the Realtor to send me listings. He claimed he had been so busy and FORGOT…. Anyway, I decided to start looking on my own on Zillow and saw a few properties I wanted to know more about so I requested more information from Russell Harris. About 5 minutes later Russell had contacted me, which was a complete shock because of the last guy. We emailed back and forth for about the next 30 minutes as I described to Russell what I was looking for. After I had told him all my wants and needs, about 10 minutes later he sent me a huge list of homes to look through. Once we found the right home I called USAA to get an approval letter and get the closing costs amount for our offer, it took another day btw, I got it for Russell and he looked at it and he said that he could get me a better deal than what USAA was offering me. I thought all VA loans were the same so I was like sure. Russell suggested I call a local lender so I did. It only took about 10 minutes on the phone with this lady and she had me approved! And at a cheaper interest rate! I was like wow. The lady emailed me and Russell the approval letter and closing cost stuff 10 minutes later. I can tell you that I was simply amazed at the service that Russell and this Lender provided compared to USAA and the horrible Realtor they hooked me up with. I say this to people considering buying a house, do some research before calling USAA, I looked at the Better Business Bureau website and saw all kinds of complaints. Call Russell Harris, he takes care of everything and quickly. Highly recommend him.
