Ryan is one of the most hardworking, go-getting, organized and forward-thinking professionals I have ever worked with in any capacity. He is creative, confident, interesting, kind, polite and has a great attitude. (I have very high expectations for folks I choose to work with, and he went above and beyond in more ways than I have room to describe here.) Because he is so open-minded about working with any and all media and marketing tools (including 'old-fashioned' phone calls and knocks on the door), his capacity to reach potential buyers is vast. Neither of us had ever sold a house before; we went with our gut and put our faith in his guidance and suggestions, and our home went under contract the very day it was listed, for over the asking price. We were very picky when it came to choosing our next home, and took several months before we did. In that time, Ryan showed us dozens of houses, all with a smile. On multiple occasions, we called and he was able to meet us almost immediately to see a new listing. He was abundantly patient throughout the process, and continued to buoy us with his optimism. When we finally found 'the one', it was a competitive situation, and Ryan handled everything so well, and his expertise helped us wrap things up quickly and smoothly. Brief list of awesome things he did: expertly staged our house to sell; actually helped us move our belongings; answered our phone calls at 11pm and 7am when we were excited or worried; held our baby while we toured houses :) ; pleasantly yet confidently negotiated with homeowners; brought in colleagues for their additional opinions; responded right away to texts, calls and e-mails; encouraged us and helped us prioritize where to put our energies; had a keen understanding of how critical timing can be in the real estate market (i.e., he pinpointed the exact week he thought would be best for us to list our house, and had a smart explanation for why...and he was right!). I could go on. Hiring Ryan is one of the best decisions we have made as a couple. We recommend him at every opportunity. Ultimately, we trust him 100% and like him very much as a person, and feel really lucky that we got to know him! He will only continue to get better and better.
Ryan is an amazingly kind agent who truly seems happy to help his clients. He helped me find great properties within my tight budget that were still exactly what I was looking for. My experience with Ryan couldn't have been better! He is a great guy, always willing and available to do whatever he could to help facilitate my home-buying experience. As a mature woman buying my first home on my own, I had plenty of questions and uncertainties. Ryan was super at explaining everything to me, walking me through the details, and generally calming my nerves. After we closed on my house, he helped my daughter buy a house right around the corner from me (!), so that was an added bonus. I would recommend him to anyone as a wonderful realtor.

He brought a very creative approach to finding a suitable buyer, including digital media, signage, local media, and targeted advertising. Once he had identified a strong potential buyer, he worked diligently to see the deal through to closing, despite having to overcome significant obstacles in a contingent sale situation. I can confidently say that we would have been unable to sell our house as quickly (or for as high a price as we did) without Ryan's diligence, creativity, and experience. Would recommend to anyone.
