Rachael was attentive to what I wanted in a home, even when I was having difficulty being specific. She has a talent for observing what was appealing and not appealing to me and narrowing my search. She was also knowledgeable in seeking 'safe' communities and quality homes (versus cosmetic approaches to potential structural issues). She negotiated for me and even stepped in to advocate for me after the closing and move-in when questions arose regarding taxes and hoa's.
