We found out the hard way that selling an apartment, on our own, in NYC was an overwhelming ordeal. After making our own ads, staging, baking cookies and hosting an open house which had only a couple of guests, we realized that we were in over our heads. My husband suggested we call "that guy on Million Dollar Listing NY - Ryan. I laughed and laughed saying, "There's no way our apartment is a big enough deal for him to even take on!" My husband persisted, so I sent Ryan an email through Nest Seekers website. I was floored when he called me within 15 minutes and said, "No! Of course, it's not too small! When can I come and see it??"<br/><br/>Well, that was the beginning of a fabulous partnership. Ryan was open to all of our thoughts and concerns and was amazingly responsive to any text we sent him. He always made himself available to meet us in the city to discuss our strategies for selling. Our listing was shared with his co-broker, Ivy Paterni Kramp. She, too, was wonderful. She was sweet, approachable and felt like a friend. And yet, she was firm when she had to be --especially with our sub tenants, who at times were real obstacles to the showing of our apartment. Ivy, went above and beyond to soothe their concerns and spared us a lot of tension by handling all matters with them herself. <br/><br/>The marketing of our apartment was also professional and effective. Photos were taken within a couple of days of our signing with Nest Seekers and they garnered tons of interest. They showed our apartment constantly--every weekend and during the week. We always knew they wanted to get us the absolute best price. They pre-qualified buyers so that we didn't waste time with any people who would not end up being "real". In addition, the paperwork they had to do with building...yikes! Offering plans, board approval, etc. It would have been impossible for us to have waded through such issues, yet for them that stuff is a piece of cake!<br/><br/>We feel so lucky to have found Ryan and Ivy and, though I never post anything on the internet, I want to strongly recommend both of these brokers as first rate. Ryan still amazes me! How he can make each client feel like they are his first concern despite his very, very big client roster!! You will be making an excellent choice to sign with Nest Seekers, and these two brokers especially! --

Sold a Cooperative home in 2014 for approximately $775K in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY.

Ryan could not have been more helpful during the process of selling our apartment. He knew exactly what to do in terms of networking and marketing, and consequently the apartment sold at what I believe to be the best value possible. Not only did Ryan obtain the highest price for us, but he also did so in a timely manner that I did not think was possible. When I first sat down with Ryan to discuss the logistics of the apartment, he told me he knew exactly what to do and how he was going to sell the apartment. At first, I did not think it was possible to sell the apartment at such a high price so quickly, and Ryan proved me wrong!

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Battery Park, New York, NY.

I contacted Ryan after a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad that I did. I had a small time period in order to sell my home as I already had a new home being built that was almost ready to be moved in to.

Ryan helped me throughout the process and helped me to sell my home in a short period of time, for a better price than I ever could have imagined. I have lived in New York City for 20 years and have been through various real estate transactions. Ryan and his team at Nest Seekers have proved to be not only professional but exceptional at their jobs.

Since my home was sold, I have recommended Ryan Serhant to various friends, family members and colleagues of mine. I will continue to do this as the work done by him was so superb.

Sold a home in 2014 in Clinton, Manhattan, New York, NY 10036.

Ryan and his team really made the selling experience for us a lot less stressful than our other attempts to sell. They were able to put a lot of our concerns at ease and the quick replys to our questions really made the difference. Whether it was 5am or midnight, they answered in under a half hour (most of the time almost instantly) with professionalism and conciseness. They were on time, on point, and extremely nice to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their place with confidence.

Sold a home in 2014 in Battery Park, Manhattan, New York, NY 10280.

I have purchased several properties in NY with different brokers and my experience with Ryan was by far the best. He was easily accessible and helped me every step of the way.

After he did such an outstanding job in helping me buy an apartment, his work in selling my other property was equally as exquisite. Ryan is a master in all aspects of this industry--the photos could not have been better and he did everything in his power to make sure my apartment would sell.

Ryan listed our apartment and it only took him 3 weeks to sell it! If anyone wants to get the best price for their apartment in the quickest time, use Ryan Serhant!

Sold a home in 2013.

Ryan is a very professional individual with great knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in New York City. He proved to be an expert as he sold our home as quick as you could imagine and for a price that we ultimately could not turn down. I highly recommend working with him and his team members as they also helped in the process of selling our home. My husband and I used Ryan to sell our home last year and we could not be any more content with how the transaction was carried out. Ryan is a very hard worker who will get the job done if you let him represent you or let him list your home. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home, Ryan Serhant is the way to go.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Financial District, New York, NY.

Ryan helped me both find a home and sell a home of mine. He did this quickly, efficiently and effectively. I got a large return on my investment in just 4 years and I believe this is due to the help and guidance he provided through his unbelievable contacts. He has a great marketing and sales strategy as evident through his track record and I would recommend him to any person that I come across. I will definitely be using Ryan Serhant and his team again in the future when I choose to buy or sell again.

Sold a Cooperative home in 2014 in West Village, New York, NY.

Ryan helped me sell my apartment a few years ago. He proved to be a great agent, the best I have encountered, as he was able to sell my apartment in a timely and efficient manner. I would absolutely recommend using him if you want your apartment sold quickly, for a great price.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Financial District, New York, NY.

We highly recommend Ryan Serhant to sell your apartment. His is a true professional. He's responsive, a straight shooter, and most importantly works his butt off to make sure your home gets sold quickly for the price you want. It's no surprise he's one of the leading agents in NYC. I don's think the sleeps. He lives and breathes real estate and client relations.

We were afraid we wouldn't be able to sell our apt for the right price in the middle of a brutal winter. Ryan suggested we stage our apt. Shortly thereafter, we started receiving offers at the asking price. At the end, we had a bidding war on our hands and were able to choose which offer looked the most attractive to us.

Ryan must have extraordinary contacts and marketing techniques, because the traffic through our apt was immediate. He was honest with us throughout the process telling us his opinion, but always allowing us to make the final decision. He was willing to do whatever it took to get our place sold. What more can you ask for. Call him. You will save yourself time and $...

Sold a home in 2014.

Ryan and his team are , in my mind, as good as it gets in promoting and marketing Real Estate. He is bright, creative, confident and handles every aspect of the sale process in a high level, sofistcated manner. Unlike so many traditional N.Y. realators who are only to happy to take orders; Ryan thinks out of the box and makes things happen. As I see it, he is at the top of his game. Would I consider any other realitor for future projects; no way.
