Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Seattle, WA.
Ryan was extremely helpful in my search for a home. It was my first home purchase and Ryan was able to answer a lot of first time home buyer questions that I had. He was able to show me multiple listings, all of which fit into my search criteria. I had such an easy and wonderful experience with Ryan that I plan on using him as my Selling and Buying agent in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in North Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
Ryan is a wonderful agent to work with. Although, I was not the one in the market to buy or sell (he worked with my bf in selling his home and buying a new one), throughout the entire process, I was able to witness everything. My bf and his family's situation was very complicated and what I admire about Ryan was his patience. It was a long and lengthy battle that we all went through but through it all, Ryan never complained once and was extremely helpful. Knowing that they were probably one of the worse and most complicated to work with, in the end, I knew Ryan could handle any situation because he was able to help and resolve their issues and found them an amazing home. He's very knowledgeable about real estate and will only show you homes that's within your budget. He never showed us anything that we couldn't afford and tried very hard to find us homes in areas we were looking at. He spent numerous hours in searching and planning. During this time, I had a coworker who was also in the market and I referred her to Ryan. She and her husband did end up closing and buying a home through Ryan. Since then, I always have Ryan in the back of my mind as the go-to-person when someone is in the market for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
Ryan spent countless hours over several months of searching a broad range of properties to finally settle on my very first home. He was instrumental in helping me find the right house, in the right area, for the right price. I found it was very easy to communicate with Ryan and he was very accessible throughout the home buying process. Ryan provided excellent information regarding market trends in the area and details on each home we visited, which equipped us with the knowledge needed to make sound decisions and ask the right questions. It was a pleasure working with Ryan Wong and I would seek out his services again with my next home purchase!

Ryan masterfully combines an immaculate sense of professionalism with a warm amicability, in order to provide the smoothest possible transaction. The eagerness he has for his job, along with a strong dedication to the clients fortunate enough to work with him, obliterate the anxiety commonly associated with real estate work. Ryan's honesty and pristine knowledge always ensure his clients that they are getting a fair deal from an agent they can trust and return to for future business. Any potential home buyer seeking a real estate agent with prodigious business skill and an auspicious career can (and will) end his or her search with the name, "Ryan Wong." -Jodie Lum

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Seatac, WA.
My wife and I have been looking on and off for a new home for the better part of 10 years and finally spotted one that met her very discriminating taste. When we contacted the listing agent, we were referred to Ryan who immediately responded to our inquiry. Unfortunately the house already had an accepted offer but we told Ryan that it was exactly the house we were looking for. He showed us a few similar houses but none quite fit the bill. When the initial buyer didn't close Ryan kept us in mind and contacted us immediately. He explained the complex procedures involved with short sales, but confidently guided us through the process and we eventually got our dream home.

Ryan demonstrated that he really listened to what we wanted, rather than trying to fit us into other listed homes that did not have the features that we desired. His friendly and patient demeanor made what can be a very trying transaction more tolerable, and one with a happy ending.

We are very grateful to Ryan and admire his professionalism and genuine kindness. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, family or anyone looking for their perfect home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kennydale, Renton, WA.
Ryan was referred to us by a friend. At first we were only looking and we were not sure if we would actually jump in the market but Ryan answered all our questions and was very helpful, I liked it that he didnt pressured or pushed us into buying.

After almost a year of thinking about it we finally decide to buy and even though Ryan was so helpful before we called a few other agents to see our options, we quickly realize Ryan was a much better pick.

Ryan was very responsive (day and night) to all our questions and needs. He negotiated a price we were happy with. There were a few bumps with the financing (usually assoicated with foreclosed homes) but our agent quickly jumped in help it get back on track. Closing was a breeze.

To this day he occaisionally calls to see how we are doing, which is nice to know he is not like other agents who is there just for the comission.
