There's no way that a review can come close to summarizing how amazing Ryan is to work with, but I'll try. We started working with Ryan two years ago when we requested to see a home listed on Zillow. We didn't know anything about buying a home and hadn't started talking to banks about pre-approval yet. After seeing the house, we talked to a lender and were told that we had to wait until I had finished school. When we started looking again, our lender recommended a couple of agents. We missed Ryan immediately and when we were finally pre-approved (which happened on a Wednesday), we emailed him, got an immediate response and looked at 6 listings on that Friday. Ryan knew exactly what we were looking for and suggested we look at a place that didn't look promising online. We went, and decided that we wanted the house. We had an offer in on Monday - along with 23 other buyers - but because we followed Ryan's advice our offer was accepted!!!!

Before starting this process, I had no idea how much an agent mattered, or how complicated of a process buying a house could be. You HAVE to work with an agent that you completely trust. Ryan's personality and expertise not only calmed our nerves, but also assured the seller that things were on track (even when our lender fell through). He was patient and understanding and took my calls at all times of the day to assure me that things would work out - and they did!! Ryan made sure that we were on track with the things we needed (insurance, inspection, deposit check etc). You can immediately tell that Ryan loves his job - which makes the whole process really enjoyable. I would buy another home just to work with Ryan again!!
