03/16/2011 - diventare8Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Eagle Rock, Eagle Rock, CA.
Ryan has been great! He is very knowledgeable of the Eagle Rock/Glendale/Pasadena area, having grown up and living there himself. We were in escrow on a home, and he guided us through that, with constant communication and thorough indications of the process. Fortunately (or unfortuantely), that home did not go through and we ended up putting an offer on a another (better) home. Ryan always gave us his ultimate attention during the entire process. Highly recommended. He is knowledge, efficient, attenttive, and a quick communicator!

Hrair is a conscientious and attentive agent, and always goes the extra mile for his clients. He loves his job, is very hands-on, and is eager to show his clients new listings. He knows his service area really well, and is very patient and understanding of his clients' needs and wants. I highly recommend him.

i chose Ryan after couple of unsuccessful years with another agent. i decided to go with him based on reviews by others and his knowledge in the area where i was looking. first of all, i would've given him 5 stars, if not for a very difficult seller (explained below). it took 3 months from the time i saw the house, and i was quite decisive, to the time i moved in. he helped me throughout the process, and we even discussed what renovations i would do. he is quite friendly and easy-going, as well as accommodating in your questions and requests. i liked the fact that he was quite upfront, aka more honest, rather than sugar coating information.
the only reason why i gave him 4 stars is that, i had a stubborn, very emotionally-attached seller. She was also a hoarder. this was a regular sale. i had a feeling that she could be difficult, and asked Ryan to work with the listing agent to make sure that my escrow could close on time. I suggested we move up the escrow period by a week, so that the seller could have a few extra days to move out. I had also worked with the listing agent to prevent any delays. Ultimately, on the closing day, we were moving in while they were moving out. They also took three extra days to fully move out. Nightmare for my first house! Both agents had never experienced something like this. On the other hand, Ryan was quick to respond when my loan officer called last minute to tell me that we had to adjust our offer price to avoid a jumbo loan. And both agents cut into their commission to make this work. I have no buyer’s remorse. And Yes, I would recommend Ryan In a heartbeat.

02/07/2013 - user8765500Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, CA.
Ryan was a fantastic agent! We looked at well over twenty properties, sometimes six in a day, but it never felt like a hassle. Ryan would always have the fastest routes planned, and if I wasn't keen on a property, we wouldn't dilly-dally. He was very knowledgable and happy to give his honest opinion, but was never pushy.
When I finally found the perfect home, we got right to work on getting a great deal. Escrow and closing were a breeze, and Ryan had great contacts for inspectors, electricians and handymen.
It's my first home, but from the horror stories I've heard other people tell regarding real estate, I couldn't be happier that I found Ryan!

Ryan was great from the beginning. We told him what we were looking for and he found us exactly what we wanted.
He helped us find a mortgage, and negotiate the terms like a pro.
I highly recommend him, and will definitely use his services in the future.

01/27/2013 - taloydBought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, CA.
We began looking for houses drowning in advice from well-intentioned friends and relatives, complete with a (printed) long list of what to look for and what to avoid.
What we didn't have is any experience whatsoever with this stressful and complicated process. Ryan explained everything to us, helped us with what to look for, and spent countless weekends looking at home after home with us. We changed direction numerous times (we'd like a 3 bedroom in Eagle Rock. No, a 3 bedroom in Glendale. Fine, a 2 bedroom in Eagle Rock. Actually, how is Highland Park looking? Oh, Atwater is SO NICE! What do you think about...)
All through this Ryan was patient, helpful, and eased all our worries. He negotiated strongly for first home we really tried to purchase - after fighting day and night, the seller refused to come down to a more reasonable price, and Ryan explained that this is how the process goes, and we continued our hunt.
After 4 months we found our dream home, and Ryan handled all the special circumstances surrounding the sale with professionalism and aplomb. He was with us every step of the way, and truly looked out for our best interest. He was a plasure to deal with, and is an honest and kind professional whom I would unquestioningly recommend.

Ryan was great. I needed to rent a condo I had vacant for many months. He was recommended by a friend. Ryan came over that day, looked at the condo, told me what he thought I should do to make it more rentable - what he recommended was under $500. I did what he said and within two days, I had two people who wanted to rent my condo. He ran the credit reports, did the background checks, etc. I chose the people who seemed to like the condo the most, and I have been so happy that they are there.
Ryan is my go to guy now for any of my rentals. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

We were very lucky to have found Ryan to help us. He was very patient even though our plans kept changing and throughout the process we found him honest, competent and extremely helpful.

Before starting this process, I had no idea how much an agent mattered, or how complicated of a process buying a house could be. You HAVE to work with an agent that you completely trust. Ryan's personality and expertise not only calmed our nerves, but also assured the seller that things were on track (even when our lender fell through). He was patient and understanding and took my calls at all times of the day to assure me that things would work out - and they did!! Ryan made sure that we were on track with the things we needed (insurance, inspection, deposit check etc). You can immediately tell that Ryan loves his job - which makes the whole process really enjoyable. I would buy another home just to work with Ryan again!!
Thank you Ryan, we love our new home and wouldn't be in it if it weren't for you.
If you are looking for a house in Eagle Rock, Silverlake, Highland Park or Mars, Ryan is the guy!!!!
