My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as an Austin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Austin, TX.

Several real estate agents we contacted would politely hint us to tone down our expectation. This all changed when I talked to Ryanne – not only that she saw the true value our house had to offer, but she also convinced us that it would sell within one month after we put it on the market. The same night, she emailed me an informative Pre-Listing Packet, a comparative market analysis and a proposal with three scenarios. Her confident and can-do attitude quickly won our trust. Since we were not in a hurry, we decided to renovate the house for a higher ROI. The renovation took about a month. We were very impressed by Ryanne and her team at Austin Properties Group. They were very organized and managed the entire project meticulously, always made sure it stayed reasonably within budget and schedule, and they constantly updated us with the progress. Our property was transformed from an average to a very attractive house with many quality improvements. The house was sold within less than two weeks at a price that made us very happy, and in a condition that we hope the buyer would enjoy for many years to come.

Ryanne is very passionate about her work, very knowledgeable and understands the real estate strategy extremely well. She really cares about her clients – we knew it because she always makes us felt that we got 100% of her attention. From the first phone call, she never fails to patiently explain so many things to us, always logical, from the first proposal, repairs and renovation, launching to the market, negotiation, and finally closing. Sold a home in 2014.

Ryanne Vaughan and her team are fantastic and a pleasure to work with! Our home was unique for the area it was in, a brand new, custom-designed, custom-built house with design cues taken from the last century that sat in the middle of a beautifully wooded acreage lot. Most realtors we interviewed didn’t know how to value the home besides plugging in the square footage, acreage, and number of bedrooms/bathrooms into a pre-programmed calculator that in no way took into account the intrinsic value of the home. Several realtors scoffed at us when we told them what we thought our home was worth and thought it should be listed for, telling us it would never sell for that amount. However, as soon as Ryanne saw our home, she not only saw the value, but also laid out a plan to effectively market it to the right audience. We ended up selling our house within a few months for a price within a few thousand dollars of what we thought it was worth.

Ryanne made the whole process as painless as selling a house can be. She listened, her response time was always quick, and she had answers to questions we didn’t even realize we should be asking.

If we were to buy or sell a house in the Austin area again, we would not waste our time interviewing any other realtors. Ryanne and her team would be our hands down first and only choice.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Austin, TX.

We listed and bought our new home with Ryanne and her team at APG. Everything the team does is top notch. Selling and buying a house is a stressful process, however the team did everything they could to make it a seamless transition for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
