Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Austin, TX.
I can't not express how AMAZING this team is. I am almost done with a sell, and a purchase and they have helped me every step of the way. After coming to terms that I would have to short sell my house or come to close with some money I put my house on the market with Ryanne and APG. 45 days later we had a bidding war. That's right, full asking price offers, no short sell, and people arguing over my home. I never would of thought it was possible. However, my dreams of selling came true, and APG made it happen. They check on you weekly, send you updates, and the best part is they really handle everything. Often times I would check in and find everything was being handled and I wasn't even needed!! They really know their stuff and stand strong when necessary. There is NO ONE else I would want on my team other than APG.
One can not go wrong with working with APG on ANY aspect of real estate. I will NEVER consider anyone else!

Working with Ryanne and her team was the best decision we ever made! I would highly recommend their staging advice! Our home had previously been on the market for 150+ days with one price offer the was frankly embarrassing. After Ryanne met with us, helped stage our home, and set up listings, etc. our home had 2 offers within 10 days and was sold in less than 3 weeks! Not only was her team professional, but I could reach them via phone or email and expect a phone call back within a very short amount of time, talk about service! (On a side note, her team has helped with the buyer's side and we couldn't be happier with our newly built home we move into this week). You will NOT regret the decision to meet with Ryanne and have her team sell your home. I could specifically talk about the buying side of the team as well because we are so very happy about our building and moving process!

We had our home listed with another Realtor and we were very unsatisfied with the service we were receiving. We were given Ryanne's name through a carpet vendor who raved about her and APG. I called Ryanne and set up a meeting with her. The second she came on board, she got the ball the rolling!! Her team took care of everything, if I ever needed anything, Ryanne or one of team members was right there to handle it!! We had a contract on our house sold in little over one month! We had our house listed for over 1 year without an offer. Ryanne came in and sold it in 3 months, it was amazing! She also helped us find a home close to my daughter's school. Ryanne is a exceptional realtor. She is one in a million. We had our house on the market for 14 months without an offer. With the help of her expert staging, our house looked like a model home and sold in less than 3 month, at a higher price than previously listed. She has now spoiled us in the fact that we how expect all realtors to have her professionalism and ethics. Sold a home in 2011.
We first met Ryanne and Anthony when we went to an open house in very south Austin. We knew we wanted to move from Pflugerville to be closer to my job in south Austin and decided to start looking casually. Anthony was wonderful and got us all set up for looking at houses online given the parameters we gave him. He was always very patient with me as I would let him know what I liked and what I wanted to see. We did this for a number of months and then we decided we needed to put our house up for sale in Pflugerville as we were narrowing down what we wanted to move into. Ryanne came in and helped stage some of it and arranged for professional photographs and we listed our house in June 2011. Around August we found the house we loved and closed on it in September 2011!! Soon there after Ryanne and her team were able to find a buyer on our Pflugerville house. There were some issues that came up with the buyers and Ryanne was able to negotiate strongly for our best interest and we came out better than expected. Ryanne's entire team was wonderful, responsive, understanding, friendly, and always thinking of our best interest. They are excellent problem solvers and definitely will go the extra mile to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. We feel lucky to have worked with them and consider them friends!!

We had our home listed with several other different Realty companies, and we hadn't sold in two years. There was never any real care or great detail in the pictures displaying our home or marketing. Ryanne and her team came in and staged our home beautifully, marketed it on several websites and with the sign and flyers our home sold in approximately 5 mo.s We were in a very difficult area to begin with, but they really and truely came through. A big thanks and appreciation to them and their efforts.
