Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Broken Arrow, OK.
We have grown to know Steve since we bought our home in 2009, he was the sellers agent at the time. When it came time for us to relocate we didn't even consider any other agents to list our home with. He has sold and resold many listings just on our street alone and in our subdivision. He was very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs!!!!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Collinsville, OK.
We utilized Steve Ryon with Ryon & Associates for both selling and buying our homes. We were in a difficult spot with selling and he came through in a huge way and was able to get the house sold in a matter of days. I am not sure what magic he uses but whatever he does...it works. He was also great as a buying agent. Steve knows his stuff and is great at offering you information in order for you to make the decision you want to make. He does not try to sway you or force you into anything but is readily available to offer you advice when you need and want it.
I cannot recommend Steve enough. He is the realtor that we will use for everything going forward.
Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Minshall Park, Tulsa, OK.
We had a great experience with Kelly. She sold our home during a time when selling homes was very difficult. We had to move out of state, but she always worked hard for us and stayed in touch so we knew what was happening. She is very professional, dependable and great at her job. I would definitely recommend working with Kelly.
My family and I have used the services of Steve Ryon for the past 5 years. In that time, my wife and I and our children have listed, bought and sold 7 different homes. Steve "had us" at the very first transaction which is why we will continue to use him exclusively for our real estate needs. We refer EVERYONE we know to Steve. Why?
Because Steve LISTENS to the client to ascertain EXACTLY what they are looking for. AND he doesn't waste a client's time showing them every property in the price range they're looking for UNLESS the features match up with what the client has set as a criteria for buying. And he works his butt off to search for the precise match his clients want. On the selling end, I've sold 2 properties during rough market conditions in record time---one in 10 days! The other in 23 days which was a $470,000 home in a neighborhood of similar properties that averaged 109 days before selling! And it was no fluke. And something that is often overlooked: Steve has great relationships with multiple lenders to make sure the buying/selling process goes as smoothly as possible---(mortgage lenders can be a real pain if you don't get the right one!)
Steve simply knows how to get the job done in every area of the transactionand is more innovative in doing so than anyone you'll find. Period.
His 25+ years' experience has allowed him to understand the real estate market inside and out, in good times and under really bad economic conditions. But because of his years of relationships and personal integrity, Steve thrives when other realtors are struggling. You won't find anyone more honest, hard-working or innovative than Steve Ryon when it comes to buying and selling your home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Broken Arrow, OK.
We had tried to sell our home with another realtor without success and we were a little anxious about trying again. Steve Ryon was very confident and reassuring that he could get it done. He sold our home and helped us buy an awesome house at a great price. We had full confidence with his skills and knowledge of the market. We would definitely use him for buying or selling our next home.
Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Fulton, Tulsa, OK.
My wife and I have engaged several different Realtors over the years in the selling and purchasing of our residential homes. So we knew what to look for, and reasonably expect, in our next Realtor when we chose Kelly Garrison to help us 1) sell our last home, 2) buy our current home and 3) do both virtually simultaneously … and on a very thin timeline.
Kelly not only met our picky expectations for professionalism, market knowledge, dedication and expertise. She exceeded them in enthusiasm, problem-solving, attentiveness, personability and trustworthiness (that’s just the short list).
The selling and buying was achieved, and on time, for a happy ending to what could’ve been an extremely more stressful time if it wasn’t for Kelly.
