Buying a "flipped" house
Buying a house can be a challenging process. Today there are many homes on the market referred to as investor flips. We inspect flipped houses almost daily here in San Diego. Here are two videos of some of the things we see as Home Inspectors. Keep in mind that there is no perfect house, and there is nothing wrong with buying a flipped house. Just be sure to hire an experienced Home Inspector!Note: This video was filmed during a Home Inspection and was not planned or edited, its just a few clips spliced together, so keep in mind its a little rough. A must see for someone putting in an offer on a flipped house. Often times they look great on the surface, but need some more TLC.[Hotlinks removed by Zillow moderator. Why Smoke Detectors Beep at 2:00 AM
There I was laying in bed at 2:00 AM this morning listening to my smoke detector Chirp. OK, I'm guilty. I did not follow the simple routine of changing my smoke detector batteries when I changed my clocks back a few weeks ago. So I guess I deserve it.Click the link below to read the full story: [deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]

I sold a house in california 5 months ago and now the buyer is complaining the electrical was not up

Answer
This sounds like a over fused circuit, meaning the circuit breaker rating (amps) is to large for the gauge wire that is attached. In some cases the breaker can be swaped out for the correct size to fix the problem. Do you have a better description of the actual problem?
