Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Omaha, NE.
I have seen Shawn work with his clients for the last 4 years. As a home inspector I see how different agents interact and work with their buyers.
Shawn is very professional and personable with his buyers and really seems to be concerned about their best interests. He wants to be clear about what I have reported and knows how to differentiate the important
issues from the minor ones. Finally Shawn attends the inspection walk through, so that he knows first hand the issues that are important to the buyer.

I have never worked with a nicer, more professional, and customer oriented agent in my life.
