You should be able to go into the "listing" of your address and click on the edit button (to the right, under the map). From there you can make any changes you need to. Good luck!
It your home is priced correctly, anytime of year is good. There are always buyers out there. Since interest rates remain low, buyers right now are plentiful. The listing price won't necessarily be the sold or sales price.
