Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $500K in Atlanta, GA.
Excellent industry knowledge and great to work with, I can't imagine working with any other realtors! They sold my home in this tough market, and managed to get pretty close to asking price. They assisted us with our home new purchase, and not only did they handle the transaction, but they helped coordinate the move, and some cosmetic renovations post-close, which was seriously a huge help!! These are 2 amazing ladies, and they give a refreshing take on realtors!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta, GA.
I would like to give a glowing review of the work Warren Savage did on my behalf in finding my first home. As a new home buyer, I had a copious amount of questions going into and during the process, and Warren patiently and thoroughly walked me through the entire process.
Here are a just a few examples of Warren’s amazing level of service that I would like to pass on to anyone looking for an exceptional real-estate agent:
1) I never felt pressured in any of the houses we viewed to “buy”. Warren went over pros and cons of each house, and I never felt rushed. 2) When I was nervous about the neighborhood of the house I wanted to buy, Warren found a neighbor who, like me, is a UGA grad, and we discussed the pros and cons of the area. After this conversation I felt immensely more confident about the house, and I made a new friend! 3) Warren surveyed the neighborhood, talked to neighbors, performed a detailed comparison list and ensured that I had as much information as possible going into my decision. 4) Warren tenaciously fought the seller on price, furniture, and inspection repairs on my behalf. 5) Warren provided me with alternate loan options which save me .25% in interest from the bank that I had planned on using. 6) Warren did an incredible job of “hand-holding” me through the closing process. From ensuring I missed no deadlines, to giving me the information to set up my water, gas, security, and electric, the service he provided was second to none. 7) Besides always being on time, always being available, and always fighting for my best interest, Warren is a great guy and a pleasure to work with.
If you are looking to buy or sell a home, and especially if you are a new home buyer, I urge you to give Warren a call. I cannot possibly imagine a more professional and exceptional agent to work with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Suwanee, GA.
One word to describe Jennifer: AMAZING!!! You absolutely want this woman as your Realtor. She's got a wonderful warm personality, full of energy and highly professional. She's a total go-getter who produces results fast. My husband and I are SO grateful we found her!! We didn't know all the ins and outs involved with purchasing a home, and Jennifer educated us on our options and walked us through the process. We would have been lost without her. Plus, she has a team of professionals who work with her that are equally as wonderful (get her to hook you up with Dennis at Wells Fargo, he's awesome!). She is the best!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Canton, GA.
We were looking to sell in a saturated market and completely change our lifestyle. We wanted to research a large area and find the "dream home". By following their advise on what changes needed to be made to my current home I was able to sell my home quickly for top dollar. While waiting for the perfect home Debbie found me a rental that agreed to let me have pets and go month to month in a fantastic neighborhood. . Month after month Debbie and her team were there to show us every house that came available. They arranged contractors and other professionals to help us see the potential in various properties. They set me up with a builder to explore building. They left no stone unturned. No matter what direction I took the entire team of Atlanta Sold Sisters was there to show me the way. In the end we found a forclosure that had been forgotten by the bank. It was vacant for years. They worked daily to push through the sale. The listing agent for the bank (crye leike) was horrible, insulting and refused to do her job yet Debbie somehow managed to do the work of both agents to get us to closing. (The other agent didn't even bother to drop off the keys). I am now the proud owner of a spectacular 6 acre estate that is more than I could of ever dreamed of. If you are looking for a dedicated team you have found them. This is my 6th home purchase and probably my last! Thank You

Bought a home in 2011.
Debbie has been absolutely wonderful. We are an overseas buyer and our main contact with Debbie has been email. Always very responsive and helpful. When we did come to the USA to look at some properties, Debbie was ready with al the information and a good number of places to look at. She listened well and understood what we want. In 3 days we had found a place that suited us, and negotiated a price. We will be doing a lot more business with Debbie and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Jennifer provided the best experience I have ever had in working with a realtor! We worked together for over a year before I finally found the right place. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and negotiation skills are beyond excellent! Her work ethic is outstanding! I honestly do not think there could be a better realtor than Jennifer in the Atlanta area!

Although we were indecisive about home selling/buying, Debra still offered an excellent service about the market situation, what to fix in an old house, and what to look for in a new house with incredible helpfulness and promptness. She delivers her straight-forward and accurate market analysis in a respectful and professional manner that keeps us realistic and informed. We know we can trust her skills and words.
