Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Mountain View, CA.

My fiance and I were two newbies in the Bay Area and the real estate market trying to buy our little Casa. We randomly bumped into Carla's profile online and were impressed by her work.

The thing I like about Carla is that she knows her business well, she is very informative, takes full interest in her clients no matter what budget and specifications they have and she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients end up buying the house that they love rather than settle for a house that they like.

She knows the market really well, she communicates well with seller's agent as well as agents of other properties that were sold in the neighborhood in the past so that we can make a meaningful offer.

She is very easy to work with, maintains most of her work online - which means you do not have to deal with loads of documents and clumsy paperwork. She makes it easier by using docusign and dropbox (which is btw her favorite :))

She responds patiently to all our questions even in the middle of the night. She communicated well with our mortgage broker as well.

She was by our side all throughout the process and even after that. She is not one of those who will forget you after their work is done. Even after getting the keys, Carla kept checking back to make sure we had no problems moving in and settling down. She definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients.

On a lighter note, she does give good restaurant recommendations as well. :)

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $250K in East Palo Alto, CA.

We bought a condo even though we were not offering cash and our offer was not the highest. Carla was able to find out what the seller was looking for in a buyer and assisted us in tuning our strategy accordingly.

Carla was extremely patient with us. She was with us throughout the entire process: recommending an excellent mortgage broker (Connie Chronis), finding properties for us, making offers on three properties, assisting with the appraiser, helping us close escrow, and even recommending a handyman.

Carla was always eager and available to meet with us. She was extremely responsive by email. She made the entire process extremely easy by being able to handle almost everything online. We communicated and signed and sent documents online most of the time. This flexibility was crucial for keeping us engaged in the property-buying process until its fruition.

Additionally, she was well connected with everyone involved in the purchase of a house. Whenever we went to see properties, the realtors representing the seller knew her or had worked with her. She worked in synchrony with Connie -our mortgage broker- to make all offers on time and duly completed.

Carla has an excellent, professional network/team that works with you to help you achieve the goal of buying a property you like.

Sold a home in 2013.

Carla helped us prepare, list and sell our condo located in Mountain View. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in guiding us through the process of our sale as we are located out of state. She was very easygoing,helpful and patient whenever we had questions about the listing, answering everything honestly and concisely.
