Sal is a great Realtor. He is prompt, resourceful, knowledgeable and very professional. I have delt with and worked with many Realtors and no one comes close to his service. He gets the job done and helped me understand the entire purchasing process and educated me and my family along the way. We truly thank Sal for helping us with our real estate needs.

This person is a MUST have agent. If you are looking for an agent Sal Piedra is the man. He was very knowledgable, curtious and patient. Our experience with Mr. Piedra was so very refreshing compared to other agents. Mr. Piedra has excellent people and customer service skills. I knew that when we were ready to buy our first home that Mr. Piedra was the agent we wanted. Mr. Piedra was perfessional, on time, available on the weekends for our questions, knowledgable and patient.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Perris, CA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Fontana, CA.
Sal was an excellent realtor! As first time homebuyers, he guided us in the housing climate and gave us excellent tips on bidding for our home. It was tough with multiple offers and having to compete for our house, but at the end of the day he got us in the best home for our budget. He didn't push us to raise our limit, but tried to find us houses within our budget. We gave him a list of houses we wanted to look at the night before and he was always prepared the next morning with access into the homes. He is very professional and works fast to accommodate our needs.

Sal, is a great realtor, because I am very picky of what I want and the amount I want to pay, he was very understanding, have alot patience, we have looked at alot of houses, starting from East of Temple City, I am very happy with the purchase and his expertise of the area, I felt I found the right neighborhood, and great neighbors.
