Sorry for the delayed answer. The e-mail was incorrectly directed to the junk e-mail folder, which I only review weekly.The value in 2005 represented an active business located at the house - an Accounting practice. The owners sold the business at the end of 2005, so the ongoing value of the business was off in 2006.
