I began my real estate career as a Property Manager for a guardianship and trust fiduciary company. If a trust, guardianship, or estate needed to buy or sell a property, I would act as the owner of the property - with the added responsibility of answering to the court, clients, or heirs. I have acted as the buyer or seller for over fifty property transactions.
I have bought and sold all types of properties in various conditions, including houses (large estates to tear-downs), condominiums, townhomes, mobile homes, vacant land and even farmland. I signed the contracts, hired the professionals, and experienced the stress of working through the process followed by the joy of a successful closing.
This is what provides me with a very unique perspective as your real estate broker - I have been in your shoes. I've been the buyer concerned about how the neighborhood will affect my investment and the seller concerned about netting the most for my home... many times over.
I've taken this experience and applied it to become a more understanding and compassionate real estate broker. I have learned what does and does not work as a buyer or seller, and transferred this hard-learned knowledge into educating my clients as a real estate agent.
