Sold a home in 2013.
Sam was very confident that he could sell my house. He had it staged by a reputable company that didn't charge a great deal. It was shown within three days of having it on the market - this was after having it on the market with another realtor for four months with no traffic whatsoever. The first people to look at it bought it! Everything was done in approx 60 days or less.

Sold a home in 2011.
Sam Cooper is your best friend if you have a house to sell. Sam made all the difference for us as we were caught in the cross hairs of a bad economy, job loss, relocation and a slow housing market. Within a few short weeks of listing with Sam we had numerous showings which ultimately resulted in an offer. Our potential buyers had contingency issues but wanted to continue with a deal to lease until they could buy. Sam immediately helped us coordinate with HER Real Living's rental management division to iron out the details and keep the buyer/tenant engaged in the process. Our tenants recently closed on the purchase of our property.
Sam was great about being attentive to us and kept us in the loop even if there was not much to report. We are 500 miles away and he was an enormous help in checking on the property and making sure everything was in order during our listing period. He was also great about giving us a realistic impression of what the real estate market was in our neighborhood so our house could compete in such a volatile market. As the lease with our tenants went on, Sam checked in with the tenant's realtor to see how things were progressing with their contingency problem. This contact resulted in a closing.
Sam and his staff was just fabulous from start to finish. I highly recommend Sam Cooper to be your realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Grove City, OH.
Sam is an awesome Realtor! He did a fantastic job of photographing our home and getting it on websites for all to see. He had an offer and sale in 35 days which was outstanding! Sam was always available for questions by phone or email and took the time to explain everything. We highly recommend him. The Courtrights.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in East, Reynoldsburg, OH.
As a real estate broker in Florida, I had my doubts our home in Columbus would sell within nine months, especially considering the overall state of the current real estate market. What a relief! In 21 days Sam Cooper came through for us. Our renter had moved out and we decided it was time to sell so we called Sam and two other realtors. Sam called back in less than three hours but it took the other agents three days. Once we met Sam it became obvious that he was the right guy for the job. Using an unprecedented technique of tapping into the internet and advertising on every possible media format Sam reached the people. We had about 14 showings in the first 14 days and then BINGO Sam found a couple that loved our home. One week later we were drinking coffee at the closing table. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Reynoldsburg, OH.
I chose Sam because he seemed to have the bases covered with getting our home listed in all the possible media outlets. He was energetic and confident.Our home was listed with Sam for about 6 months in an awfull market for home sales. It was listed for 1 year before that with another company. At the end of the day we are pleased our home has been sold .

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Reynoldsburg, OH.
Sam has been wonderful in representing me on both the buy side and selling side of my new home and previous home. His attention to detail is great and he has done a wonderful job marketing and bringing buyers to my home. On the buying side he has been great in negotiating a wonderful deal on my new home. Very knowledgeable and leverages technology better than any other real estate agent I have worked with.
