Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Poway, CA.
Sam was great throughout the entire selling and buying process. Doesn't pressure you to buy a home you can't afford or to rush into anything and helps simplify things. I would highly recommend Sam to someone looking to buy or sell, he'll take care of you and help you get the best deal.

Sold a home in 2012.
After making numerous attempts to do a loan modification with my lenders, I decided that a short sale was my best option. I was referred to Sam Shuck by someone I work with. He met with me at my home and explained the short sale process and the possible scenarios. The entire time I thought Sam to
be genuine, honest and straight forward, I really appreciated that. Sam did a great job of providing me weekly updates on the status of my short sale approval request. I’m pleased to say that my home sold within 7 months of our first meeting and Sam managed to get me and my family a $3,000 check from my lender for moving expenses. I would strongly recommend Sam to any of my friends, family or anyone who wants to deal with an honest straightforward real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $550K in La Mesa, CA.
Sam Shuck is an amazing agent. This was our first time buying a home and he made the experience smooth and seemingly effortless. He located listings that matched our specified criteria and was very knowledgable about the properties. He was also very honest about the properties which we greatly
appreciated. Sam made himself available for us whenever we wanted to see a property and was very flexible. We put in an offer on a house that was a Short Sale and he provided weekly updates. In the end, when we closed and met Sam at our new home to pick up the keys, he surprised us with "champagne". Actually, apple cider as Sam knew we had a baby on the way. Our experience was memorable and positive in every way.
