I would highly recommend Samit to anyone. We were first time home buyers in the US and by the time we signed our house contracts, Samit had patiently educated us through all possible nuances of the real estate scenario in the bay area, thereby, enhancing the overall experience of buying a home. Samit is also highly experienced in the industry and we also realized along the way that EVERYONE in the real estate business knew him (that can be a huge advantage, considering he would often manage to get more details than your average broker on deals, bidding scenarios, etc) -- again, tremendously helpful while buying a house. Samit is an expert on the in and outs of the buying process and he's super responsive (never missed a call and if at all he did, he'd call back within the next hour!). Not to mention, he works outrageous hours to get things done (he sent us comparative analysis reports to us at 2 AM sometimes!). Lastly, Samit is fantastic at negotiations and he'll always save you a good amount of money at the end of it all. All I'm saying is you won't find a better broker in the bay area. Hire him!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.475M in Evergreen, San Jose, CA.

Samit is very resourceful in advising me to prep for selling my San Jose home. He pulled in many prospective buyers from one open house event. I had 6 offers within 3 days. His negotiation skills had landed the offers that were higher than the listing price. Samit completed and closed the transaction on time that is less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended  More Less
