Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Milpitas, CA.
My husband and I are first time home buyers and we just happened to come across Samit's profile on Zillow and decided to pick him as our agent. He is everything his other reviews claim him to be and more. He was more of a friend to us than an agent always keeping our best interests in mind. Our entire house buying experience has been wonderful and Samit has made this transition from renter to owner extremely smooth!
We came across other agents during our house hunt process who were often trying to lure us into using them as our agent and in general seemed more interested in their personal gains rather than their clients whose house they should have been selling. Samit on the other hand was dedicated 100% to our requirements as his clients. He made sure we got the best deal on both the house as well as loan and closing costs. He even recommended flooring and plumbing contractors who were very economical and good in their job.
His network of people he knows is astounding and is extremely useful at every step of the way. We found that when you go to see a house that is listed, it helps a lot if your agent knows the seller agent; it gives you an edge over other buyers. The fact that he works for intero also seemed to help a lot since a lot of sellers out there use an intero agent.
We definitely would recommend Samit as an agent, in fact if for any reason we were to sell our house 5-10 years down the lane, we already know who we are going with as our agent!…More Less

Samit is one of the hardest working realtors I know. He always puts your best interests first, which is rare amongst realtors today. Throughout our experience, he always prioritized the client (us) first. He was always responsive and patient with my wife and I as we were first time home buyers and did not know what we wanted in the beginning. His strong negotiating tactics always ensures that you will never pay more than you really should for a house. His deep understanding of Silicon Valley (San Jose, etc.) up to the Peninsula (Belmont) and his resourcefulness helped us throughout the process.
