    Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $775K in Evergreen, San Jose, CA.
    Samit helps us to buy our very first home in the bay area. We had only two months for the whole process, i.e., buy a house and make a final move. Samit work very hard to meet our time line by working long hours. He is very professional, friendly and easy to get hold of him whenever we need him, also he is very punctual, he responds quickly to our emails and phone calls all the time. As we moved from the Midwest, had a lot of general questions about the area and lifestyle even well before our move to the bay area, he was kind enough to answer all our questions, granted as some of them were not really related to our house purchasing. Furthermore, Samit has introduced a great contractor who helps us to fix few things in a timely manner before we move into our new house.

    All in all we had very smooth house purchase and great first time home buying experience. We would recommend Samit to anyone who is looking for a house in the bay area. Last but not least, choosing Samit as our first realtor to help us buy our first home was one of the great decisions we have made.

    samit shah has lot of listings in san jose , fremont and milpitas. he is very helpful. he is very experienced. he is associated with intero. the only area a buyer/seller has to be cautious is sometimes buyer's agent and seller's agent are from intero and as a buyer/seller , you need to little bit cautious about that fact. it will be ideal if buyer's agent and sellers agent are from different companies.  MoreLess

    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Newark, CA.
    We were newbies to the whole home buying process when our friends who had just closed on a home with Samit as their realtor referred him to us.
