Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in North Central Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX.
We have worked with Rex on multiple occassions. In 2004, he assisted us in the purchase of our first home and made the potentially overwhelming process easy to understand. Since then we have sold our home and purchased another home with Rex as our agent. He is extremely knowledgeable of San Antonio and the surrounding area. Rex is very accessible and always puts the needs of his clients first. I would highly recommend Rex Blackburn to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2011 in Spring Branch, TX.
I was looking for a new realtor and found Rex through an internet search. I spoke with him on the phone and before I ever met him, I knew from our conversation that he really knew his business. When I finally had the opportunity to meet Rex and Barbara I was convinced they could sell my house. They are very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Soon after signing a contract with Keller Williams, I had a buyer and closed on my house in 3 weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

REX AND BARBARA ARE THE BEST. AS A BUSINESSMAN I COME ACROSS ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR "GETTING THINGS DONE" AND THIS GROUP ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY HAVE REPRESENTED ME ON AT LEAST FIVE TRANSACTIONS AND HAVE NEVER DROPPED THE BALL. THE SAME CAN ALSO BE SAID FOR THEIR TIMELYNESS.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2010 in Canyon Lake, TX.
rex and barbra were extremely helpful in selling our house.i was transferred and had to leave the house in their hands.they did a great job. they took care of everything and kept us up to date on the whole process.i would highly recommend the blackburns for any of your real estate needs.
