Bought a Single Family home in 1994 for approximately $250K in Carlsbad, CA.
I was very happy and knew I had the right realtor! People my call me picky, but Bob and Nancy were patient. It took a while, but they found me the right house in the right neighborhood. I always felt like they were on my side. I'd use them again in a minute and have recommended them to friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 in La Habra, CA.
MY CONTACT WITH BOB AND NANCY ULRICH GOES BACK SEVERAL YEARS,THEY SOLD 3 HOMES FOR ME.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SPEED AND KNOWLEGE OF THE HOME SELLS.I HAD ONE HOME SALE WITH A FEW BUMPS IN THE ROAD AND BOB KNEW WHAT AND HOW TO SMOOTH OUT THE WHOLE SITUATION.I CONSIDER THEM MORE LIKE FAMILY THAN REAL ESTATE AGENTS,IN FACK I LIKE THEM MORE THAN SOME OF MY OWN FAMILY!.THEY DO OUTSANDING WORK AND I JUST CANT SAY HOW HAPPY IAM WITH ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME.
