Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $750K in La Quinta, CA.
Sandi and her team are the most professional and friendly team with which we have ever worked. They are prompt, courteous and deliver results. She found us a home in 1 week and sold ours in 2 weeks.. in June in the Desert!
Hers is a family operation and you just feel good about working with them all. We have also found her referred professionals and vendors to be top notch - and they think very highly of her as well.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400K in La Quinta, CA.
The Agent at HK Lane is Jon Caruana and he is the best I have ever met.
He was helpful in every way and was thoroughly professional. He knows the area extremely well and was sure to show us a range of properties in various locations. We found the ideal house for us in a great area. He helped with every aspect of the purchase and was sure to explain everything in detail and made sure that all the facts were known and explored, good and bad. This was a short sale and it absolutely would not have happened without him. He overcame several problems we encountered, both with the bank and with the seller and their agent and did so most professionally. After the sale he continued to help us get various services completed.
I could not recommend him highly enough and he made the whole buying experience a pleasure.
