Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Bullard, Fresno, CA.
5 years after meeting Sandy at an open house, we had the pleasure of her representation. Sandy is not only one of the nicest people you'll meet, but her real estate knowledge and negotiating skills, are second to none. The property we purchased was only on the market for a day before multiple offers were submitted. Sandy knew exactly what to do. Her experience really paid off, and we know have an amazing property. We highly recommend Sandy for your real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Woodward Park, Fresno, CA.
i have bought 2 houses from Sandy. Each time she listened to my wants and found exactly the house I was looking for. The second time I bought a house from her, I met with her on a Thursday to discuss what I wanted. Three days later on Sunday, I bought the first house that she showed me. She knew exactly what I wanted. The entire process was very easy. I also listed a house to sell with Sandy and within a week it was sold.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Woodward Park, Fresno, CA.
After dealing with a couple of mediocre agents, Sandy was like a breath of fresh air! She is knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful and gave us great advice throughout our 3 month search to find the best house. I would definitely recommend her!!

As a first time home buyer, I was very concerned with how the process worked. Sandy Duncan was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable through the entire process. She has a wonderful personality, she was attentive, available and sincere. I highly recommend Sandy Duncan to anyone who is trying to buy or sell a home. She has been working in the field for a long time and I felt like she knew everything there is to know about the real estate. I plan on working with her again in the future. However, I am still so happy with the home that I bought, it won't be for a while. Sandy Duncan is definitely my "realtor for life."

Sold a home in 2011.
Simply amazing how nice Sandy is yet such a tough negotiator for her clients. Very knowledgeable on the local markets. I used her to sell my property and received top dollar and she helped me buy my next property, where I got at a great price.
