Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in University City, San Diego, CA.
Sara helped us to short sell our condo. We were originally quite nervis about the whole process having heard different stories, but knowing that Sara has experienced a lot of successful short sales, we decided to go ahead with the process. She is very personable and pleasure to work with. The sale could not have been any faster or smoother either. Sara got us into a great program, and we even got $8k back from the bank! She gave us updates on the progress regularly, so I think she put a lot of effort into research, communicating with the bank, and figuring out any next steps early. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Poway, CA.
Sara was fantastic in finding us a perfect house within our budget and was excellent to work with. When a new listing came up on a house she was quick to let me know and get me to see it right away. Bought a home in 2012.
Thanks to Sara I was able to purchase my dream home. I had been working with Sara previously in preparation for buying a home...right before the market crashed. Sara understood that timing was VERY important to me and kept me informed of the condition of the local real estate market so that I could get back into the buyer's market when the opportunity was right for ME.
After what seemed like ages of waiting the timing was finally right this summer so Sara researched homes in my desired area and we were off & running...literally! I was able to find a home I liked within weeks and had an offer submitted and accepted one week later. I fully credit Sara's responsiveness as my agent & negotiation capabilities for getting my dream home. I can still recall standing on the curb watching other buyers viewing 'my' house wondering if there was any way possible that I would be able to get my dream home...and thanks to Sara I did!
