Bought a home in 2013.
Sara was recommended to me by a friend to help me find a condo for my daughter. She quickly found several in the price range and area we wanted. We found one that met our expectations and she immediately started the process for us. She carefully explained what we needed to do and suggested an offer price that she felt the seller would accept. He did and my daughter is now living there. The buying process was done long distance by phone and email and Sara took care of everything so it was not necessary for me to be present until the closing. She answered all my questions or found the answers and many were asked after normal hours. I am totally satisfied with her service and could not have asked or expected more. Thank you Sara for your outstanding service!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Hebron, KY.
I can't explain enough about how completely impressed I was with our Realtor, Sara Mirus. We stumbled upon her by luck because we were interested in a house that she was the listing agent for. We soon claimed her as our own agent as we began our search for the perfect home. There was a point where we changed our mind and thought we would put off looking for a home for another 6 months or so and to our surprise she was completely understanding. The last time I purchased a home a good friend was my Realtor. I thought for years that I got special treatment during that process. That was up until I met Sara and realized how completely non stressful the buying process was. I was nervous going into this process up until I realized Sara had everything completely under control. She knew the next step and every question to ask along the way. She never gave me a chance to even think of a question because she had already asked it and found the answer before I could figure out I needed to ask. It was seriously beyond impressive...to the point that it brings tears to my eyes to think about how much she did for us. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, understanding, flexible and VERY easy to talk to. I can't say enough about this woman! If you can't already tell, I HIGHLY recommend her!

I have known Sara for better than 20 years. She is honest, reliable, timely and has her client's best interest in mind. She helped us search for a home and was patient with us even when we decided selling/buying wasn't right for us at this time. I was impressed with her knowledge and willingness to find answers to any questions we had. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy or sell your home!

I highly recommend Sara to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home or sell their existing home. She proivdes incredible attnetion to detail and helps make the entire process go very smooth. She helped us sell our house so we could buy a new home. Her service goes above and beyond! She is incredibly knowledgable about her field and helped us get a great purchase price on our new home while helping us get a fabulous offer on our current house. Sara will work hard to help you navigate the real estate market and will make it seem VERY EASY! Definitely call her if you plan to buy or sell your house!

Sara Helped me buy my dream home and helped us list and sell our home. As a selling agent she provided us with suggestions to help prepare our home for listing without costly changes. She prepared marketing materials and advertised our home so well that we had an offer very shortly after it was listed! As a buyers agent, Sara was professional, and provided personalized attention to every detail. She helped negotiate a fair purchase price and helped expidite services so we could close and move in as originally scheduled. The entire purchase and sale of our homes went very smoothly due to Sara's meticulous skills, dedication and personalized attention throughout the entire process. Sara Mirus is amazing!!!! She is the best realtor that we have worked with!! She is very knowledgeable about her profession and she is very quick about calling her clients back or responding to a clients email!
