My husband and I used Sara as our Buyer's agent for our home search in the Denver area (Highlands and City Park). As we were first time home buyers, we relied heavily on Sara's knowledge to assist through the searching and purchasing process. Sara was incredibly open and helpful with every aspect of the process. She was flexible in working with our limited schedules and made time to meet us after business hours and on weekends. She made it a point to understand what we were looking for specifically in a home and would notify us immediately if something came on the market that we might be interested in. She also referred us to recommended lenders so that we could get pre-approved.

When we decided to make an offer, Sara clearly walked us through the process to ensure that we fully understood the intricacies of the process and all the documentation involved. She facilitated the negotiation process with the seller and ultimately helped us reach an agreement on the price and all the add-ons for the house. Sara was very attentive through the inspection, appraisal and close process and would respond to all our questions in a timely fashion. Sara was proactive in getting answers and progress updates with the seller/builder to ensure all items on the inspection objection were addressed. Because of all the information we were provided up-front, the close process went very smoothly and we could not be happier with the end result.
