Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Sarah worked with us for two years, as we tried to locate a house which would suit our future needs. At first we had general ideas about what we were looking for, but over time Sarah guided us to become more focused on what would be right for us. Her tremendous knowledge of the area and her expertise was evident throughout our search. Never did we feel pressured, but rather the opposite, as she showed us alternatives to what we may be interested in. By the time we had made our decision we felt very confident, comfortable and happy with our selection. Sarah did not stop with her help after the sale, but was always available to answer any questions about the local area and services. We considered ourselves very lucky to have found Sarah and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sarah's attention to detail before, during and after the real estate closing process was fantastic. I have bought and sold many parcels of property and I have never worked with non finer than Sarah. No one knows the Ocean Isle market better than she does. Being a foreclosure purchase, this transaction had a lot of bumps along the way and she smoothed then all out beautifully.…More Less
