Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Edmond, OK.
Sarah was always profession and listened to my concerns and praises. She used what I said I didn't like to help narrow down what I did want in a house. She was able to prevent showing me things I did not like by doing this, thereby saving time and decreasing stress and frustration. She was very aware of how quickly we wanted a new home; and respected our price range. She helped us find an energy efficient home and was incredibly knowledgeable on the science behind energy efficiency construction. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Edmond, OK.
My family and I have moved A LOT so I have a significant amount of experience working with realtors. I can honestly say that Sarah has been the best experience we've had moving and purchasing a home. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, spent an enormous amount of time with us, and stayed in contact with us all the way through closing. She worked with contractors when I didn't have time and showed us our house as often as we liked. She made my wife feel really welcome and is very knowledgable about the area. The contacts she has are incredible and she can literally get anything done. I have recommended Sarah to colleagues and the feedback has been exactly the same.
