I did not know if me and my wife were going to get qualified for a loan because of a complicated situation my wife was in which was related to property from her previous marriage. When we were introduced to Sarah, she not only educated us about different loan options, she researched about my wife’s precious loan, she went through divorce papers etc. As a result, Sarah found out that my wife was not legally responsibilities for the previous loan, as she was told by other mortgage brokers before. This made it possible for us to get qualified, first for FHA and then conventional. As we were going through the process of applying for the loan, as a first time home buyer I had to be educated about different options, their short term and long term effects as well as about the whole process of buying a property. We got the house we wanted. Thanks to Sarah, Escrow was closed in less than 30 days! Sarah is responsible, very reliable and is ready to go extra mile for a client. We were very much impressed with her work. We will make sure to use her services again in the future.

Additionally, she was able to pre-qualify my application with potential lenders to find the best mortgage for my situation. Sarah is excellent. She is fast, responsive, and resourceful. I was told that i could not be financed because of difficult situation with my previous house so I was at the point of giving up looking for a house but then, Sarah did research, went through piles of my paperwork and we found out that my situation was not bad a t all! She took care of everything to make the process of buying a house as smooth, stress free and fast as possible. We got financed and the escrow was closed in 20 days! She is a gem.
