Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Downtown, Boston, MA.
Sarah is one of the best agents I have ever worked with, and i have purchased and sold over 6 luxury properties over the last 4 years. She picked up an online inquiry I made at midnight one night and from that moment on, made the process of deciding what to do (buy or rent) and when. I felt she really listened, stayed within my target purchase price even though she knew I could afford more. I really admired that.
She knew the ins and out of all the luxury buildings in the city, and clearly steered me away from things she knew from my preferences I would not like. She was patient when I went through a brief period of buyers remorse. She is especially knowledgeable about developments downtown and her enthusiasm is contagious. Sarah helped us sell our condo in the South End and we were tremendously pleased with both the results and the process. Bought a home in 2012.
As a first time home buyer, I was intimidated by the whole process. Before we started looking at condos, Sarah met me at Starbucks and went over the basics, presented me with comps, and advised me on things to be especially cognizant of when walking through the various properties. I was traveling in from the west coast and my schedule was tight but Sarah worked hard to make sure I saw each condo that was on my list, in addition to others that I hadn't identified. As we met with different sellers’ agents, it was clear to me that Sarah was a well-respected agent in this town. It’s not difficult to see why. She is flexible (would work around Pacific Time zone hours!), knowledgeable (ranging from comparables to market trends to HVAC systems), and analytical. She would ask the sellers’ agents questions and helped me conceptualize how I could transform a place into my ideal floor plan. When I explained what I liked and did not like about different properties, she listened attentively. Sarah did a phenomenal job during the negotiation process and provided other ancillary information such as recommended inspectors, utility information, etc. Sarah is extremely ambitious, methodical, and super responsive - it’s clear to see why her clients love working with her again and again.
