Bought a home in 2012.
I cannot say enough good things about Sarah Shimoff. My husband and I recently bought a house and honestly without Sarah I don't believe it would have been possible. It was a For Sale By Owner + Estate sale - can't get much more complicated than that. Sarah went above and beyond in every area to help us purchase the house at a fair price. Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Arlington, MA.
Sarah listed and sold our condo and helped us to successfully navigate through some very difficult circumstances with our buyers.
